Do you need help troubleshooting your q-loader?
We highly recommend that you thoroughly familiarize yourself with the troubleshooting tips provided online and in the manual. We also recommend that you learn how your q-loader functions. Practice disassembling and assembling a q-pod until it is easy for you (sections 3.3 and 3.4 of the manual).

Do you need a replacement part?
The q-loader comes with a lifetime warranty. Should anything happen to your q-loader, please send your defective q-loader parts or accessories by mail to:
